dont know if pics of the cross overs would help...
My Father gave these to me and said they sound great.
Problem seems to be finding the proper specs for the encloseres.
If I knew what they were it would help im sure....lol
Any info or links anyone has would be greatly appreaciated.
    Thanks....Dave

    Horner,

They appear have the paint scheme, cone and horn common to the 604E or 605B. There should be a label on them that says something like "Altec Lansing Super Duplex 604E" or "605B" or similar. The date code is about right - 22nd week of 1970. What is the model number on the crossover? N1500A or N1600D?

    Jeff

tried to use a car as crossover? forums

    bad link . . .

Speakers are 604E - got the same ones. The shape of the cells and the colour are typical - as far as i know . . .
in that case x-over would be 1500-A

    best, Klaus

    hi again,

i just recognized, the sourrounding (?) seems to be untreated . .
my 604Es surroundings (?) are coated with a sticky substance . . so it might be another but very similar type?

    best, Klaus
